Shipping policy

At The North Gang, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details you need regarding our shipping process.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options within the Philippines:

  • Manila: 1 - 3 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 2 - 4 business days

Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and payment method. Our rates are as follows:

Manila:

  • Paid Orders: ₱80
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₱100

Provincial Areas:

  • Paid Orders: ₱160
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₱200

The exact shipping fee will be calculated during the checkout process once your shipping address has been entered.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package directly on the courier's website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

5. Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, The North Gang is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. If there are any delivery issues or delays, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only offer shipping within the Philippines. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.

7. Packaging

We take care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the defect is on our side. If you receive a defective item, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further details.
